Meet Dr. David Servello

Dr. David Servello is passionate about creating smiles that transform lives. He loves seeing the change in confidence his patients experience throughout treatment and takes pride in guiding them every step of the way.

For him, orthodontics is about more than straightening teeth — it’s about building relationships with families and helping patients feel proud of their smiles.

Born and raised in Central Pennsylvania, Dr. Servello is proud to return home to serve the communities of Hollidaysburg, Ebensburg, and the surrounding areas.

Education & Experience

  • Penn State University – Bachelor of Science in Biology
  • University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine – Doctor of Dental Medicine, Top 10 in class, Omicron Kappa Upsilon honor society
  • Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency – United States Air Force
  • Wilford Hall Medical Center, San Antonio – Residency in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics
  • Master’s Degree in Oral Biology – Research published in a peer-reviewed orthodontic journal

Military Service

Dr. Servello also proudly served 11 years in the U.S. Air Force, treating patients at bases across the country, including the Pentagon Tri-Service Dental Clinic. He was twice named Junior Clinical Dental Officer of the Year and received the Air Force Commendation Medal.

Outside of the Office

When he’s not designing smiles, Dr. Servello enjoys spending time outdoors with his family. A proud husband and father, he values time at home in Central PA and is grateful to serve the community where he grew up.
